About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing the studio both inside and outside our doors. You will:

• Lead and grow studio sales

• Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing clients

• Convert leads into sales with confidence, care, and enthusiasm

• Build strong relationships and inspire clients to commit to their fitness goals

For Local Area Marketing & Community Engagement

• Partner with the Studio Owner to execute local area marketing strategies

• Proactively connect with nearby businesses, fitness groups, residential communities, events, and organizations

• Represent the studio at local markets, open houses, community events, and pop-ups

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, giveaways, partnerships, and outreach campaigns

• Build brand awareness through boots-on-the-ground outreach, in-person conversations, and energetic promotion

• Distribute marketing materials throughout the community (flyers, cards, door hangers, partner bundles, etc.)

• Create excitement around special offers, challenges, and studio milestones within the local area

Studio Environment & Culture

• Make every client feel welcome the moment they walk in

• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished studio (light cleaning each shift)

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and studio events

• Uphold the Studio Pilates uniform guidelines and brand values

Hours: 20-30 per week

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a genuine passion for sales (especially phone sales)

• Enjoy working autonomously and taking initiative

• Love talking to people and confidently representing the studio in the community

• Be energetic, outgoing, and excited about grassroots marketing

• Have previous experience in customer service

• Have experience working with sales targets and KPIs

• Be tech-comfortable (apps, websites, Excel)

• Be highly organized, adaptable, and great at juggling multiple tasks

• Thrive in a fast-paced role that blends sales, outreach, and in-studio interaction
