Bus Driver Short-Term Part-Time

Part-Time Bus Driver wanted.
 
Primrose School of Woodbury is seeking to hire a part-time bus-driver.
 
As a private school and childcare center, we do not have ‘regular bus routes.” We do have two small activities buses that we utilize for campus field trips. These buses are also used in the morning and afternoon to transport our Primrose students to their “big schools” and from these “big schools” back to Primrose School of Woodbury
 
Key Responsibilities
• Instructs children in safety precautions and practices.
• Maintains discipline; reports unruly behavior to principal of school or to supervisor.
• Inspects and sweeps bus.
• Checks water, gas, oil, and mechanical condition before leaving on run.
• Reports delays and accidents.
• Keeps operational records and makes simple reports.
• Reports defects or problems with vehicle to the supervisor.
• Performs related work as required.
 
Qualifications
• 1-2 years bus driver experience.
• 5 years of verifiable driving experience. • Good driving record with No DUI conviction in past 15 years.
• High school diploma.
• License + CDL  Class C or  Class B with school bus endorsement.
