Attend this Lunch & Learn to hear about MCCD’s Open to Business program which offers free, one-on-one, confidential business consulting to help entrepreneurs through the process of growing or starting their businesses. With a combination of academic and personal experiences, the Open to Business advisors provide assistance to help plan and work through small business issues.
The Open to Business program assists entrepreneurs with accounting and record keeping, business acquisition, business start-up, all aspects of business plan development, cash flow financial, and business analysis, loan packaging, networking, operations, strategic planning, and commercial real estate analysis.
Open to Business advisors can also assist entrepreneurs to identify borrowing needs and accessing financing options. MCCD also provides direct financing and loans in partnership with banks and nonprofit lenders. Funds can be used for inventory, working capital, asset and equipment purchases, real estate acquisition, and start-up costs.
