When registering for a group, please include attendee names at time of registration and any special meal requests.
Lake Elmo Inn will be serving a gluten free short rib meal. A vegetarian/vegan option is available if noted in registration-- only those meals preordered will be available onsite.
SHORT RIB (GF, NF) – topped with a burgundy wine sauce and onion straws and served on a bed of mashed potatoes; served with green beans and carrots
MISO SAKE PORTABELLA (GF, DF, NF, V, VG) -- A grilled portabella with sticky rice and charred broccolini
